Norway injects some fresh air at UN Climate talks
The climate negotiators saw some ’silver lining in the clouds’ as Norway announced it’s new target to reduce emissions by 40 percent from 1990 levels.
The Norwegian government said Wednesday that it was prepared to toughen its target for cutting carbon emissions by 2020 to help support efforts to reach a global climate accord.
